Michael Scarrott is the Founder of Skins Art Gallery, and is a multidisciplinary creative (Visual artist / inventor / writer).
He is proud of his rich cultural heritage which includes Aboriginal and European bloodlines. His Indigenous connections are to the Biripi and Worimi of the mid north coast NSW, Australia.
Michael is also a beekeeper, his creative work is inspired by the natural world and contemplates human interconnectedness with nature. His first artwork release, 'The Nature Series', launched via Kickstarter in 2018 offering limited edition prints of his painted wax artworks.
